2. Service Guarantee
At Leila Threading, we guarantee the quality of our eyebrow threading services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will be happy to provide a complimentary touch-up to ensure your satisfaction.
 

3. Appointment Policies
Walk-ins and Appointments: While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure prompt service.

Late Arrivals: We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to give your slot to another client.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
 

4. Age Restrictions
Eyebrow threading services are available to clients aged 16 and above. Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the service.
 

5. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards. Please ensure you have the appropriate form of payment with you at your appointment.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and staff, we adhere to the following health and safety guidelines:

Skin Conditions: We do not perform eyebrow threading on individuals with skin infections, sunburns, or other skin conditions in the eyebrow area.

Medical Conditions: If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, please inform your technician before the service. This information allows us to provide the safest and most effective service possible.

Leila Threading is not responsible for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or skin issues. By booking an appointment and using our services, you acknowledge that you have disclosed all relevant health information to your technician.
